Four Fountains nursing home sued over resident’s care

The son of a woman who died while living at a Belleville nursing home claims the facility’s alleged negligence caused her death.

Douglas J. Wolf, as executor of the estate of Anna L. Wolf, deceased, filed a petition Feb. 28 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Helia Southbelt Healthcare LLC, doing business as Four Fountains.
