$150,000 Verdict amount: Bicyclist is hit by car that was coming out of subdivision


Plaintiff was bicycling on the sidewalk in Farmington Hills. Defendant was driving southbound and pulled out past the stop sign to see oncoming traffic. In doing so, he crashed into the plaintiff, injuries included three broken teeth and a severe lip cut from the lower lip to the upper lip and the area below the nostrils, along with injuries to his right hand, back, right arm and left knee.
